Job summary

The Account Manager is an autonomous, energetic and motivated person. She – he supports the link between the sales and production team, its mission is to maintain a good relationship with customers, to meet the expectations and go beyond, while being in line with the sales objectives. We are looking for an organized person, with excellent interpersonal skills, who can work on several projects at the same time.

Main responsablities

  • Development and maintenance of good business relationships with customers, prospects and key people in the industry;
  • Collaboration with the internal team in order to meet the expectations of the client;
  • Work under pressure, management of priorities and tight deadlines;
  • Participate in promotional activities (events);
  • Prepare bids and sales contracts
  • Travel to Quebec (90% of the time), Canada and USA (10% of the time);
  • Negotiation to maximize profit margin;

Required Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Management or other related field;
  • Significant experience in events, ideally in an agency;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in account management;
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office & Google Drive suite;
  • Talent in oral and written communication, French and English;
  • Open to travel for customers and projects (car and valid license required).
