Production Coordinator

Your missions at Tribu;

  • Take part in the creation of the production schedule and attend to it;
  • Manage the event production schedules;
  • Follow up project budgeting with the production team and the accounting department;
  • Manage the productions’ technical needs and assign the necessary material resources;
  • Manage the organisation and inventory updates of the Tribu warehouse;
  • Manage the ins and outs of equipment and their preparation;
  • Look after the event reports;
  • Recruit and train the events’ different ambassadors and manage the onsite teams;
  • Work under pressure, manage priorities and tight deadlines;
  • Any other task linked to event production.

What you should have in your luggage

  • Experience in a similar position;
  • A valid driver’s license and a car;
  • The ability to drive trailers and cube trucks;
  • A valid passport and a readiness to work away;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Good stress management;
  • Good priority management;
  • A flexible schedule (nights, weekends during the events);
  • The freedom to travel;
  • Having a machinery (lift, heavy machinery) license an asset;
  • Having experience as a promo agent is an asset.

And also super powers;

  • You have good knowledge of the event organizing scene, the advertising business, marketing as well as the extreme sports’ world current trends;
  • You have already developed events and participated in the production of many diverse events;
  • You have good knowledge of technical equipment required for event production;
  • You have the capacity to manage various projects simultaneously with tight deadlines;
  • You display vision, imagination and creativity;
  • You’re in good physical shape and can work onsite and sometimes lift heavy objects;
  • You are dedicated, autonomous, resourceful and show leadership;
  • You are structured, responsible and organized;
  • You show your initiative;
  • You show that you can meet and surpass given objectives;
  • You can negotiate service deals, verify final invoices and prepare sales reports;
  • You have a taste to go against routine work (varied schedules, long work days, etc.);
  • You are perfectly bilingual (French-English), Spanish is a strong asset.
