Tribu is looking for an Assistant Coordinator to join its Business Development team.
The Assistant Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting the Partnerships division in the company’s business development efforts.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The Assistant Coordinator must demonstrate autonomy, strong organizational skills, and perseverance in sales, while thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop long-term partnerships while effectively addressing partners’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop a prospecting strategy to acquire new clients for the company’s events (primarily JACKALOPE and APIK festivals)
- Sell selected products and visibility opportunities offered by the company
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the Partnerships team in business development initiatives, including preparing presentations, attending meetings, and executing sales-related deliverables
- On-site event coordination, including post-sale follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Studies in business administration, communications/marketing, or any other relevant field
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Google Docs, Sheets & Slides); knowledge of HubSpot and Monday is an asset
