Production Coordinator

TRIBU was born in 2010 from a backyard snowboard jam hosted by our CEO. Fifteen years later, we produce large-scale events like JACKALOPE in several North American cities.

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to help bring our festivals to life. If you’re organized, resourceful, motivated, and ready to travel to experience the action firsthand and help grow the brand, this role is for you.

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in organizing and producing JACKALOPE festivals for the 2026 season.

Seasonal position: from April to the end of July, with the possibility of extension until the end of September.

👉 Your responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and managing on-site teams: crew members, volunteers, Team Leads, etc.
  • Managing schedules and technical production aspects.
  • Assisting with production timeline tracking.
  • Sourcing and contracting suppliers.
  • Managing equipment logistics, including load-in, load-out, and preparation.
  • Writing event reports and other production-related documentation.
  • Supporting Project Managers, particularly with budget tracking and deliverable execution.
  • Performing any other production-related tasks as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in event production and knowledge of action sports culture (skateboarding is a strong asset).
  • Positive leadership skills and experience managing teams on-site.
  • Technical skills to manage production equipment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity.
  • Schedule flexibility (variable hours and long days during festivals).
  • Bilingualism required (English and French).
  • Valid driver’s license (experience operating machinery is an asset).
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Monday.com is an asset.

WORKING AT TRIBU ALSO MEANS:

  • Hybrid work model (2 days remote, 3 days in-office per week).
  • A dynamic and supportive team culture.
  • Unlimited coffee, rooftop terrace, and an inspiring coworking space in Montreal’s Plateau Mont-Royal.
