Partnerships Coordinator – Business Development & Sales

Reports to: Partnerships Manager
TRIBU is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join its Business Development team.
You will primarily be responsible for supporting the partnerships department in driving the company’s business growth.
Your mission will be to contribute to TRIBU’s growth by prospecting and closing deals through exhibitor spaces, food truck activations, and custom commercial partnerships.
The role also involves accompanying our partners on-site to deliver an unforgettable experience during our events (JACKALOPE, APIK, and other projects).
This is a unique opportunity to combine sales autonomy, collaboration within a dynamic team, and immersion in the world of action sports and festivals.
Your Role
Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by:
- Identifying business opportunities
- Approaching new clients
- Creating tailored partnership offers
- Closing deals
- Delivering the best possible on-site partner experience
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and meet new partners (SMEs, brands, food trucks).
- Sell exhibitor and food truck spaces, as well as bespoke partnerships.
- Create tailored offers that deliver real impact.
- Build lasting relationships and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets per event and season.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to deliver a memorable experience.
Coordination & Execution
- Act as the main on-site host for partners during events: welcome, support, and create an unforgettable experience
- Conduct post-event follow-ups (recaps, renewals, referrals)

- Strong prospecting and client relationship skills

- The ability to sell customized solutions
- Comfort working in a creative, event-driven environment
Qualifications
- Education in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent command of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Monday, or equivalent) is an asset
