The project

Create a simple and attractive on-site activation for the 2024 National Bank Open in Montreal, highlighting the values of the Beneva brand.

Our mandate included ideation, conceptualization, creation, production, and on-site execution of the Beneva activation space.

The experience:

In tennis, rallies are the essence of the sport. The better the rallies, the more interesting the match becomes.

In everyday life, exchanges are also numerous and at the heart of our interactions with the people around us. The more harmonious these exchanges are, the better our relationships flourish.

Good exchanges allow us to make a significant impact on the lives of those around us. That’s why we can confidently say that one good exchange leads to another!

This is what inspired our interactive game, designed to showcase BENEVA’s personality: caring, refreshing, and surprising.

Interactive game:

  • An interactive wall simulated a tennis court with light-up indicators.
  • Each time an indicator lit up, the player who reacted the fastest scored a point.
  • The winner received a trendy eyeglass cord, perfect for standing out in style across the site.

The inviting design and modern lines of the space contributed to the success of the activation, which received numerous positive comments about the experience offered.

Immersive Photobooth

Participants had the opportunity to take a photo with a re-creation of a tennis court on the other side of the structure, featuring a colorful design that played with geometric abstract art volumes. This initiative also helped generate visibility beyond the BENEVA space.

Contest

By participating in the interactive game, participants had the chance to win a dream weekend for two! This included:

  • 2 nights at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, a partner hotel of the National Bank Open
  • A $400 gift card for Treater restaurants
  • A 1-hour private coaching session with a certified Tennis Québec instructor
  • 1 hour at the IGA Stadium
  • A $200 gift card at Tennis Giant
