TRIBU was born in 2010 from a backyard snowboard jam hosted by our founder. Fifteen years later, we produce large-scale events like JACKALOPE and APIK in cities across North America.
We’re looking for an Event Production Coordinator to help bring our festivals to life. If you’re organized, resourceful, proactive, and excited to travel, experience the action firsthand, and contribute to the growth of our brand, this role is for you!
You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering JACKALOPE and APIK festivals throughout the 2027 season.
Seasonal position: Beginning of December to mid-June, with the possibility of an extension through the end of September.

- Support Project Managers with budget tracking, logistics, and project execution.
- Recruit, train, and supervise on-site teams, including production crew members, volunteers, and Team Leads.
- Prepare event reports and other production-related documentation.
- Help troubleshoot unexpected issues and take on other tasks as needed to ensure events run smoothly.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in event production.
- A strong interest in action sports (skateboarding, skiing, or snowboarding) is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to find solutions quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Valid driver’s license. A machinery operator’s license is an asset.
- Valid passport and eligibility to travel to the United States.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Monday.com is an asset.
