PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
IN A NUTSHELL
The Production Coordinator plays a key role in organizing TRIBU’s festivals, especially JACKALOPE. As an organized and motivated individual, you’ll have the opportunity to travel and spread the passion of the brand.
Contract : April – End of September with potential for full-time employment
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and monitoring of production schedules.
- Managing production timelines and technical aspects.
- Overseeing budget management in collaboration with the production team and accounting.
- Keeping the TRIBU warehouse organized and inventory up to date.
- Managing equipment check-in/out and preparation.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising ambassadors and field teams.
- Managing suppliers and approving service invoices.
- Writing event reports.
- Handling any other production-related tasks.
YOUR TOOLKIT OF TALENTS
- Experience in event production and knowledge of trends in extreme sports.
- Technical skills to manage the necessary production equipment.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Initiative, creativity, and leadership skills.
- Good physical condition for fieldwork and handling heavy loads.
- Flexible schedule (varied hours, long workdays).
- Bilingual (English and French) required; Spanish is a plus.
Valid driver’s license (machinery operation is an asset).
