The project

After 2 years of absence on the world stage, Ubisoft’s studios opened their doors to a select group of fans to live the Ubisoft Forward experience and offer exclusive content and memorable activations. Tribu was mandated to produce the entire event in the Montreal studio.

The experience

As part of the event, which took place on September 10, 2022, Ubisoft announced exclusive content about fan-favorite games. Guests were treated to a VIP experience with immersive and experiential activations, personalized drinks and a typical local catering. For example, on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Assassin’s Creed, developed by the Montreal studio, fans had the chance to experience an immersive, visual and sensory video sequence (vibrating carpet, adding wind accordingly), and recap of all the games.

Fans also had the chance to try out the game Just Dance on a big screen and a light floor, to deare their friends to the Mario Rabbids challenge, to leave with a personalized Skull & Bones t-shirt, or to play Ubisoft’s flagship games.

A portion of the event was also dedicated to the live viewing of Ubi Forward!
