Tribu Expérientiel helped in the organization of OnSite presents: Bloc Urbain; the opening of the first natural and urban bouldering site in Canada located on the Esplanade of Montreal’s Olympic Park. This bouldering practice spot is open to all and is a permanent facility for Montrealers that allows people to enjoy this popular sport without having to travel many miles
Once the two granite blocks were delivered and installed, Montreal’s bouldering community and all curious people with an interest in this sport were invited to the space. For the first time ever, bouldering will be part of the Olympic games in 2020. Thursday, July 25 at the end of the day, hundreds of participants put on their climbing shoes and attacked the blocks. On site: animation by an MC, a DJ and also a few food trucks.
